I feel pretty good today, and I did exercise yesterday for 16 minutes on my exercise bike, and it really did help, although it was hard and I didnt really want to do it. But after I felt much better.
I started exercising about a month before starting this TX, and I seriously think it has made a big difference, any of you out there considering this TX, start doing a bit of exercise every single day, nothing major, I started at 12 minutes, just be consistent, it will help a bit.
I also think drinking lots of water helps some, I drink about a gallon a day, just sipping on water bottles. I have read that you should drink half your body weight in ounces, I think that sounds about right, although I am going a bit over that, but then I dont sleep much, I have major insomnia and always have.
