i have this  hole in the bottom of my mouth.it hurts like a cut getting  ripped open. i dont knoe how i got it? its been in my mouth for a few days? i am nNOT sexually active. it is on the oddest place i dont know eacaxtly wat it is called but its on my lower inside lip on that skin that u can see if you pull your lip out. it has a whitish substance i think. can someone please help me i am very scared i dont noe wat it could be

Could this be a canker sore? read dictionary and look at photos posted on this site to check. Hope this helps.
