Give me a clue about TBI

Mar 11, 2008 09:42PM - 1 comments

Is it normal for the patient of TBI to create a fanasty life, but here's the catch, the fanasty occurred in the late 80's and early 90's.  He is not saying that this stuff is happening now.  Actually he is very with it.  His short and long term memory is good.  However, when he does talk about this stuff that I believe is not true, I wonder what's going on with him.  Should I be concerned?

TV  is a wonderful tool  eh? people can't keep reality and fantasy separated have you taken him to a psychologist? make sure hes not in need of psych drugs? TBI means brain injury so your brain can play tricks on you ? or hes looking for attention and he still needs to seek out mental health counseling to deal with his TBI as well as his support team ,
