Embarrasing

I have always had a healthy head of thick hair. Here recently something very strange happened to me. I had just had my hair colored a few days prior to this happening. I was lying in bed and I had an ich behind my ear and I scratched it. Well I kept feeling wet where I scratched it. So I got up to see if I had scratched it raw and made it bleed. But to my surprise it was clear, oozing type liquid that didn't stop right away. Well now about three or four weeks later, I have some itching on the back of my scalp and feel some patchy dry type feeling skin....I scratch it and to my surprise it is the oozing again....is their anyone who can help me with this...who has any idea what it may be. I don't have health insurance so it's not that easy for me to be able to go to the Dr.
