Autoinmune Hepatitis

My mom is 63 y/o, never drink alcohol, always healthy foods, "to healthy" that the homeopatic medicine is what damage her liver!!!!! She just have a biopsy last week, and the result is : Acute and Chronic Hepatitis with a presence of interface hepatitis moderate portal acute and chronic inflamatory infiltrate composed of neurophils, lympocites and plasma cells : No definite evidence of cirrhosis, but the Dr. still put her on more Prednisone..........,  Something else it come positive in her test was the ANA, wich could be a rheumatic artrhitis or Lupus, in her case is the first, but they don't say how to treated.
