hi, i'm a 28 year old gal who has suffered with depression and anxiety for years with periods of brutal insomnia and still struggle with it, my doctor just doesn't understand and it is frustrating. looking to help others and talk to people who do understand.

just wanted to start updating a bit, i have bronchitis so i'm taking codeine cough syrup, and it's making me feel anxious, i had a chest xray today to rule out pneumonia. it's been one health problem after another since august 07. i need to call my doctor tomorrow and see if she'll send in a prescription for me, ad i't so far and i need the help. she tried me on xanax and i don't think it's for me. it wasn't working at all. so we'll see..xo
