Ok i am 34year old female - i am having trouble sleeping, i wake up during the night from pins and needles - its hectic and i am exhausted - sometimes during the day I get them too. I get it in my arms, hands feet and legs. sometimes its just my foot and part of my leg, or hand othertimes its right up my arm or my leg. Its not so bad during the day, thats just uncomfortable but at night - i need to make it stop.
