I decided a few weeks ago to work out and watch my diet more carefully. This app seems to have what I'm looking for - not just weight/calorie tracking but macro nutrients, vitamins and customization as well. Been hovering around 200 for years now. This app has shown me my macro ratios and where my calories are coming from - quite revealing. It should prove to be a great tool for monitoring my goals and achievements.
