tired of being sore

I have swollen gland under my jaw, i had a tooth removed two weeks ago, they said it will take up to four weeks  to heal, but it is still sore. my family is there for me and all, but my boyfriend left me, so im alone. he had a problem, he is a achoholic, it has gotten worse ever since i got diagnosed with Lupus. he was drinking once a month at first, i taught it would be okay, like he helped me around the house and cooked and cleaned up after the girls. so giving him time with his friends was a good thing, but then he would start drinking every weekend, then he would stay drunk during the week, he started slacking on helping me with girls too. my girls love their dad very much, i dont want them to live with just one parent, but i have to sacrifice my relationship so i dont stress myself out and get sick. i need advice from anyone out there.
