It was saturday. the weekend, and I'm very shaky plus craving. And it happened I had two drinks before dinner.
I felt so weak that day and couldn't stop thinking about having a drink. I just couldn't help myself :(
lisa dont try to do it by yourself hun. you need lots of support. have you been to any meetings yet? counseling? church? spoken with your pastor? been reading your bible?did you speak with the doctor about your wanting to stop drinking? maybe he can prescribe something for a bit to help you for awhile.
thinking of you and sending encouragement and prayers,
Debbie to be honest I have not been anywhere since saturday. My depression is very bad. I feel weak, tired, and extremely sad. this weather we have been having has not helped. It has being very cold, rainy, and cloudy, which doesn't help my depression. I'm not doing too good. I'm just very depressed and feel like not doing a thing. Today the weather is nice but have not any energy for going to the gym. Sometime I wonder why I was even born. Sound like I need lots of help right now huh?
But eventually I do feel I will recover. But right now I must try to deal best I can.
lisa listen to some christian music. give your spirit a lift. read your bible. are you eating and drinking lots of fluids?
dont ever question why you were born.the LORD created you in HIS own image. you are fearfully and wonderfully made. HE loves you with an everlasting love, therefore with loving kindness HE is drawing you onto HIMSELF.
please try to talk positively. please get yourself out, push yourself. i can assure you it will make you feel better if you get yourself to the gym. please post on the substance abuse forum or the alcoholism forum to get some needed support.
you are in my thoughts and prayers,
