My lips are starting to get chapped again and I still have eczema on my face (which has been around for about a month now, I guess... but keeps getting worse).

---

Didn't get trigger point injections this week because my doctor's office in town couldn't fit me in today or was closed or something and I couldn't find a ride to my doctor's office out of town (I'm avoiding driving myself anywhere for anything as it is undeniably a migraine trigger these days... yes, that's right, I pretty much don't go out anymore... and even if I wasn't avoiding driving, it's sort of weird driving after someone injects you with stuff that makes you feel frozen!).

Eek. We'll see how missing my shots this week goes... Next appointment for them is on Wednesday. Hope that isn't too far in the future.

Knees hurt again today for no reason... just random joint pain. Sort of the same feeling like when I have the flu or something... but I don't have the flu and no other similar aches or pains anywhere else. Hard to keep my legs still. Just want to rub my knees and constantly stretch my legs out and then back in. Very weird. Don't get this knee pain at all. I mean... I have knee problems... but this isn't like that... this is like "flu-like" pain... not knee pain... this is random "aches and pains" sort of pain. Out of no where. Icky. Maybe it has to do with the weather. Or over-sleeping. Probably a combination of both.

Eye pain is really bad today. Both eyes, but mostly my right eye (the migraine eye these days). Sort of like a low-grade migraine headache like. Sort of like a sinus headache like. Sort of like an eye strain-(even though my eyes have been closed for most of the day)-like headache. I hate these sorts of headaches. It might be a warning that I'm going to get a migraine. It might be because I haven't had enough to drink. It might actually be eye strain. It might be allergies (dry eyes). It might just be a headache. I have no idea.
