Well it's getting easier in some ways today, but in others, well... not so much. I've not really been able to manage solid food for all this time. Day 2 and 3 I managed a protein shake. I'll get passing food cravings, but by the time I get the energy and prepare it, I'm nauseated. Well, sh*t.
I got a wild hair yesterday and decided to take a walk around sundown. Wow - did that feel great, but boy was the timing stupid. I was still trying to walk even after I went to bed until about 2 AM, when I got up and put on the sleep meditation cd I have. That worked.
Well, I'm going to see if I can manage another shake and a walk before sundown his time. ;)
