Neurology help please

I am from Myanmar living in Thailand. Two weeks ago I had three days of caugh and fever it left me with both arms and hands with a tremor when I hold them out or in motion- not at rest. I can not write or drive my motor bike. Had to quit school and lost my job. I have upperbody pain controlled by Naproxin. Other wise well and eat well. Public Hosp. gave me Vit b12 and tylanoil and did no tests.
They are of very poor quality.
A friend took me to a private hosp. Tested for Thyroid, Dangue fever, CBC, metabolic panel, Urine test. Chest x-ray.
