Back on the TTC train soon!!!

So....it looks like TTC is in my near future!!!  If Greg gets the ok to retire medically from the Navy, or they keep him on shore duty - May is going to start my TTC journey again.  I'm super excited but nervous too because of my TTC past.  My plan is to jump right back on meds, but I'm just going to buy them online to start with and avoid all those outrageous bills.  My question is which is better - clomid or femara?  Or is there something else I should try?  When I had my blighted ovum, it was from a good response on 50 mg clomid, for my IUI I over stimmed on 100 mg.  I'm thinking I want to try 2.5 femara, but I wanted to ask you all first.  Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated.  Also, I've had a hard time finding the Novarel online (trigger), any advice on where to find that??  Thanks ladies!!  Xoxo

I liked Femara better because Clomid gave me crazy vision side effects. I didn't really notice any side effects with Femara. So glad you have found happiness with Greg!

Aw I'm so happy for you that things are now in this stage. Greg seems like a wonderful man, and I'm glad you've found proper happiness with him.

I don't have any advice on the meds since I've never taken any but just wanted to say how happy I am for you and to wish you the best of luck!! Hopefully, we'll be seeing more of you around here in the near future.

I am currently on Clomid (im on cycle 3/4) and so far it hasnt worked for me... But i do hear alot of good storys about clomid, A friend of mine was on her first cycle of clomid 50mg and she conceived straight away... she had suffered with a mc 18months previous and she has really bad pcos.. Good luck with TTC :-) x
