Feeling like a failure....

I feel like such a failure, today I woke up feeling sick, so right before my shower I popped 4 10mg dones. Just a minor set back, damn it I will not give up! I talked to my girlfriend about how bad I feel about myself and she thinks I need to wean down instead of dropping so low so quickly.  I am starting to think that may be the only way for me. I'm not going to give up I am making a promise to myself. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!

get a taper schedule if that is the way you want to go.  make a schedule for your drop days and such and stick to it.  you can do this.  we wont give up on you either.  get back onthe horse and ride!  to the finish line.
