This past January I began the process of an annual physical. Feeling perfectly fine, my blood tests nonetheless returned with a GGT of 380, an AP of 236, an AST of 51, and an ALT of 90. My cholesterol also came back at 266 with an HDL of 60 and an LDL of 181. This immediately set my doctor running toward more liver tests and sonograms. I am used to high liver enzymes with my Crohn's Disease, but this seems to be off the charts. I do not drink, do pilates 3x per week, and watch red meat and saturated fats. My father died of pancreatic cancer and arterosclerosis. Needless to say I am nervous
