It is now 4 months since I started on the road to recovery, using meditation, SAD Lights, writing, personal
reflection writing and reading and listening to uplifting videos and books...This has been the best
winter of my remembered life, and am suprised that it is already near the mid February mark.
I said in October that I would try this at least until March, but feel so good, I am going to continue
what I started for another 6 months. None of the work that I do or have done is required or forced on
me. If I am feeling sad or out of sorts, I make the decision to be "too busy" for healthy recovery,
and I suffer the next day with lower energy, poor thinking, and a renewed sense for the recovery
