I have depression and panic disorder, along with scoliosis, arthritis, carpal tunnel, and some bone spurs...ughhh! I'm only 39 and feel like I'm 70 ( no offense to anyone that age!) Life is hard for me and from time to time I feel really useless! My sons are what motivates me to get through each day, one day at a time! If anyone understands give me a shout!
I completelt understand. I am brand new to this site but it seems we all have a common thread. We need to be heard and helped. I have had depression and panic attacks. I am off the meds now but i can tell you being off it makes you tired and being on it makes it worse lol. If you need anything i am here but know this... you are heard:)

Sorry you are having a hard time. I myself get down. I sometimes think it is because I can not do what most everyone my age is doing(I am 31). I really don't know.
You will be heard here. I think it is a great place to vent and met different people.

Hey, remember me? I'm the old fool who wrote you once just to tell you how pretty you are... so now I see this other picture of you and see that you're not just pretty, you're GORGEOUS. Don't feel useless, 'cuz if nothing else you're chasing a lot of guys' blues away by giving them something nice to dream about.

I understand and feel the same way in many respects. But I'm ugly on the outside too and that is the truth. Most people only care about what's on the outside but anyone who is motivated by their children, as I was, is not only "fine" but beautiful inside and outside.
