My left foot was bothering me last night with a few pings in arch of foot. woke up this morniing and whole top of foot is swollen , and the big toe inflamed and joint at the bottom of big toe . I have it wrapped and been using pain med, and voltaren cream . Pain shots thru arch of my foot and along the insde track. First time this particular joint has swelled. Limping
