I've been taking vitamins. Mostly for my skin: vitamin A, vitamin E and flaxseed oil capsules. I don't know if they're helping or not. I mean, I know vitamins are good for the body anyway, whether my acne is getting better or not. I just wish they were effecting my skin more. My face has seemed to clear up a bit, but my spring break is in 10 days and I would really like my face to be completely (or at least almost completely) clear by the time I go out of town. I am seeing my boyfriend after all. Even though I know he's past caring about that kind of petty stuff. I'm not. I want to lose 4 pounds and for my acne and dry skin to be cured. I know that's pretty wishful thinking, but I'm so tired of dealing with these skin issues. And I know I don't really need to lose weight, but I want to feel the way I did when I was thinner; like I was about a year ago.

Anyway, I haven't had much to eat today. I've had about the equivalent of an 8 oz glass of water, a nutrition shake (255 calories), and a thinkThin bar (170 calories). I'm proud of today so far, but it is only 12:30, so we'll see. I'm also trying to not spend money, so hopefully that helps contribute to my diet (of sorts).

I'm going to keep trying and participating in a healthier lifestyle.
