I had bacon cheese fries & white bread at Granite City yesterday and I paid for it today. Had a hard BM early this morning followed by a softer one mid-morning. This was not exactly what I needed after a crappy night's sleep.
I find it so bizzar how we with this acid problem can eat whatever on the day, you with fries and bread me with pizza or pasta then we wake a day later and suffer, it must wait all day and when we laydown rush up burning everything making us miserable, then like a burn on the skin it takes days to settle if we are lucky and not reburn it between that time.I had a white bread and brown bread toasted cheese and got acid, yesterday had multigrain toasted cheese and no acid? go figure? anyway good luck hope u feel better soon
Thanks, with me it's less of an acid problem than constipation. I think some pain medication I take contributes too, but white flour turns into concrete on it way through me. I have the proverbial iron stomach I can eat about anything without it upsetting my stomach, but I pay in other ways.
I think there so many variables affecting conditions like this, obviously the food we eat makes a difference, but so do medicines, stress, exercise and more.
I hope you're having a good day.
