I'm thinking of starting up a physical journal mainly to log symptoms on a daily basis. I need to know as much about myself as possible if I'm ever going to like myself again. All I've felt recently is grief from myself. May as well write this junk down and keep it locked up away from prying eyes. Maybe get a small notepad to write on the fly. Everyone says I should write so maybe it's a good idea.
