My OB called today. HCG dropped to 3 :( I'm extremely disappointed, but we will keep trying. We have an appointment with an RE in April and will see if there's anything we can do to keep a natural pregnancy.

Bummer, I was hoping for good news. Like I mentioned, estrogen and progesterone for us women in our 40's helps maintain a natural pregnancy. I really hope your RE agrees with the protocol that worked for me. Sending you hugs, I was so hoping for better news.

Awe, I'm sorry too....it will work, keep it up. I had 2 m/c's before my healthy boy at age 43 and then 2 m/c's since him, but the good news is.... our old bodies are still getting pregnant and thats more than alot of people get. Hang in there, one of these times it will stick.

Thank you all!! We do know that we are blessed to even conceive. We are going to look into progesterone supplements. Looking back at my charts and how low my progesterone was this time, we are hoping that supplementing from 1dpo on will help. We have an appointment with an RE for mid-April. We aren't giving up!! :)

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this. You are right that it is great news that you are able to conceive - now you just have to get some more answers. Looking into the progesterone seems like a good idea. I admire your positive attitude. I know it isn't easy. Hang in there and I am wishing you all the luck in the world for your next pregnancy.
Progesterone was 4.6 on CD21. Before I knew I was pregnant. I don't know what it was a week later.
