I was stuck on 13 stone for 10 days. I am just creeping down again now. Yesterday I analysed what I have been eating and found I was deluding myself. Nuts and medjool dates may be healthy but also very fattening. I was amazed at the calorific value of the dates particularly. I am now being good and only eating a couple of dates instead of eight. (8medjools=400 cals!!!!). I am stopping the nuts altogether until I feel safe that I am on the right track again.
