I'm now determined to start exercising more, by doing random video's daily. I've got my journal here, and tracking everything so keeps me more likely to watch what I'm doing. And I'm writing in my diary in advance what i'm doing every day, for up to 2 weeks, so hopefully this will help me manage my time, and make my days more fulfilling.
