tingling and crawling sensation under skin

I have almost the same thing. I have a Thyroid problem, pain in the right thigh. Around the area of my left shoulder blade I have this tingling sensation like something crawling under my skin, but you can't actually see anything. I've had this for quite sometime, but recently I've been getting severe pain down my left arm which has now traveled down into my hand. It is affecting my sleep pattern, and my memory is terrible. Not sure what to do, if anyone comes up with a suggestion that would be great. I thought I'd been watching to many alien films, I bought one of those special pillows to support your neck, but that didn't help. I may be going to a osteopath soon, if this is helpful I'll let you know the outcome. One factor that is different is that I'm not on the computer much, and I'm very active
