How do I join

Im new and dont know anything about this site. How do I join a community? I am recovering from foot surgery 6 days ago and would love advice and meet new people. To add matters worse I know very little about computers :)

hey , you need to clic on forum on the tpo bar to choose what you want to talk about  and make a new post then wait for responce ! to join the community clic the box at the top of the community you want to join . they can take a while to respond as you never know who is around to answer . you can personal message folk to by clicking on there profile and send message at top rt , you also add friends here !
