pitiful whine

Headache

i'm aching so badly. it wasn't letting me sleep last night. i had to take trazodone and that got me only six hours of sleep. the mattress felt like stone and the comforter felt abrasive. everything is stiff and tight and i can't relax. my jaw hurts like i've been clenching it.

and of course, i have a headache from the sleeping pill. or because i always have a headache. or both.

Hi- I hope you are feeling better. I am from Seattle but live in Rome now. Whenever I go back I go to the Institute of Complimentary Medicine on Broadway across from Swedish. They are amazing there. I highly recommend you go there to see them for help. They look at medicine and illness from a different perspective than standard medicine. For many people standard medicine works but others don't find relief. They are doctors and they are excellent and caring. Most insurance pays for the doctors visits but you have to cover the medicines yourself. They cured me of severe migraines and many other problems. Try them- you might find your life change like mine did.
