My mood is Okayish, but my energy levels are up a little bit. I've changed to taking 150mg in the morning and the other 150mg in afternoon/evening to see if that will help a bit. Hardest part is remembering to take it in the evening, which might be why I was tired on the weekend. Also drinking a lot less coffee but more tea as it has polyblahs in it, which means the energy boost from the caffeine is more sustained over a period of time, and isn't accompanied by the anxiety/jittering of coffee- supposedly. So we'll see.
Lets not forget I screamed at H this morning, apologised but seriously rough for a little kid. I will HAVE to have more selfcontrol. Was only because I was late which was not her fault as I told her.
