today. i should be due for AF today.  so i was going to try to use Instead(menstral cups) heard they stay in place and u hardly notice them. but i couldnt get it positioned so i took it out right away and it was covered in white cm. finger tested it and it wasnt stretchy at all. it was like lotion. i thought before AF there wasn't any cm
