It is amazing to see how this forum has evovlved over the past two months. There are people that have made such great progress here when they thought that there was no hope. So I just want to ensure that for anyone who reads this, remember, that with the support, help, and hard work you WILL get through this.
Things are still improving. I am still anxious, however, I am living and learning to appreciate the finer things in life. My wife and I have a 15 day cruise coming up and I thought that I would be nervous, but I am actually really excited about it. My chief concern this week is I have a VA Physical coming up and I know my BP will be sky high at the doc's office and I don't want to hold onto that number, but I have come to accept the fact that I have 'white coat' syndrome pretty bad because it is actually low at home. I am now more rational and have started to implement what I have learned three years ago and what I have learned this time through talk therapy. This is a condition that I will probably have my whole life, however, it can be VERY managable and can be used to your advantage.
