Is this an Attack?

Hi Friends
I have had a rough two weeks.  First had a mini nervous breakdown, caused by aches and pains, uncertainty and frustration.  I managed to talk to an MS counsellor who was very helpful.
Then last week ende up in the ER with a massive migraine.  CT was normal and after IV-drugs the pain was gone.
But since then (and even before-a few days or so), I have been having this feeling like somneone is squeezing my brain.  It feels buzzy, foggy, its hard for me to focus, and my legs are spasming again.
And I am severly tired.  I fall asleep by 11 am!  I try to stay awake, but my eyes wouldn't let me.

When I was in the ER, they found double vision in right eye, deep tendon reflexes in both legs and I missed some hand clapping test.  THe right hand would alternate when I was asked to clap on my left -palm then back of palm then palm again-, but my left hand didn't want to alternate, just kept on clapping palm on palm.(?)
THe ER doc told me there was no sign of a bleed on the CT, but that I had fo see my Neuro due to the abnormal Neuro test.  (DUH!).

I guess I am indirectly asking if anyone recognize these test and knows what they mean.  I am scheduled for another C-spine and brain MRI on April 10th followed by a Neuro consult a week later.
The wait is so stressful!
