Went to the doctors and waited around for an hour.  Then they decided it probably wasn't chronic mono and might be a sinus infection.  It's possible all this sickness is just a whole slew of things.  I'm not happy about that.  They tried drawing my blood from both arms and failed both times, so they couldn't do the blood test.  I was exhausted all day, especially during drumline
