I recently received diagnosis "mild periventricular area of increased T2 signal as well as suble focus of subcortial white matter increased T2 signal involving the right frontal lobe..  Cannot exclude very subtle white matter disease.  I've got to go and see a neurologist next week.  I have no idea what the above mean and researching on the internet has only frightened me...Can anyone break the above down in laymen's term?
