Strange days

Well my sleeping patterns have been all over the shop which accounts for my decrease in appetite.  Again only about 4 hrs today.  I'm about to go to bed, which is great because I may be able to get a normal pattern happening.  I get to have my 3 year old tomorrow which is great.  Missed my AA mtg due to sleep, I was a wreck.  Day did not go at all according to plans but did get some stuff done that has been nagging me.  Will do the house stuff early in the morning tomorrow before my AA mtg. Mood quite stable but headaches probably due to smoking heaps more. All well for now.  Excited about the future which is a nice feeling.
