I am so confused !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I am dealing with this issue of wanting to have a baby! But there is one problem, I have an cyst on my left ovary. It stopped me from coming on my period for almost a whole year. I recently lost 35 pound and I started coming on my period on a regular bases. But I did not come on last month at all . I took a pregnancy test on Nov.1,and it was negative . Did I take it to early or is it because of my cyst? Or do you think I am pregnant?
