Body Aches - Bye Bye!

The body aches are still Absent - so is much of the itching. Where oh Where did My Symptoms Go??? Please DON'T come back!!!!! I still have spine and across the shoulder pain - but that's better than the all over body ache.

Went walking for an hour yesterday - able to circle the reservoir 4 times - it's a wide reservoir. It was difficult not to revert to my usual speed walking … I took it slow – kind of. Now I just hurt in the right places from not walking for the past 3 months.

I was a little wiped out once I got home and my appetite was ‘nil to none’ - but - resting for a couple of hours took care of that. I continue to have pancreas/gallbladder pain (no matter what I eat or do not eat) as well as the liver ache … but this has become soooo ‘normal’ - this couldn't be a good thing...oh well

Tomorrow the nurse will call about my Preliminary biopsy results (what does that mean???) – getting stomach butterflies about it – but no severe anxiety – thank goodness.  Going to go walkin again today -
