Working and hurting today, how to deal with both, 3/31/2008

I am at work, not getting much done, mind is on aches and pains in joints(started in ankles, worked their way up), I have the sniffles, feel blah and irritable, sweet tooth is really going this morning. I have called family dr, Dr. Zacks office in Greensboro and Chapel Hill about biopsy 10 days ago, aches and pains. Had to leave messages, but Cell is at home. Luke my 8 month old German Shep mix from Animal Shelter took off, hope he is nearby home. Raining, I'm getting like Doctors, starting to blame everything on Hep, lol, even Luke!
I need to get out of myself and helping someone else. Work!
Thank God I have a Chiropractor appt. She used to be an Emergency Room Nurse, and does not think highly of most doctors compassion for their patients. She said if she was to have surgery on her right leg, she would leave note, this is leg to operate on.Hope day goes better, hope everyone else is having a better day!
