Today has been a good day. Although conversations are ongoing 24/7 i have been able to control them much better today, I put this down to a better nights sleep lastnight combined with less alcohol and smoking. My day at work felt much better than normal as the tension headaches were not as prominent. I also went for a half hour run after work which is defintitely a key to lowering anxiety levels.
