I have narcolespy and recently bipolar My meds were Desoxyn 10 mg time released till Provigil for sleepiness and imipramine for catapelxy and buspar for anxiety. Now they are Provigil 200, effexor 225, lacmital 100mg and respinral .o5., wellburtin 150. and I am very tired and can.t not get moving It is just like I am in a daze and can,t pull myself out of it. Can you help me.
