Because of potential exposure to harmful chemicals in crude oil and coal I have been tested almost every year with a complete lab test. Allmost without exception my bloodwork has come back perfect every year. I have never had any cholesterol problems except for my HDL/LDL ratio is usually not as good as they like. I eat pretty much what I like and I don't like much in the way of green veggies. I love green beans and that is about it. I will list my diet in a separate journal.
