We Just found out we were picked to adopt a 3 year old child. We are so very excited about meeting him and getting to know him.

Congrats! That's wonderful and so exciting! In your last journal post you were looking for suggestions for the transition. One thing we did for our 2 year old when we brought twins home, was we gave her a gift from each of her new siblings. She loved it and has never forgotten what they gave her. Maybe you could have each child give or make something for each other and throw a 'brother' party where they can exchange gifts and share a cake or something. Just a thought. Congrats again!
