Starting to feel the effect of detoxing heavey with the alkalin water, clean you out. been taking acaii sups, b complex, C, omega 3 , lots of oil, probiotics for stomach. between the water , herbs and excersise I know I am going to do better. I know that my liver is going to need  more help, I take liv.52 for my liver. HepC is my next battle. I am going to try some chineese herbs, also acupunture. I really like acup. very good , I am going to ask for acupu... person about doing something for pain, I know there is something  they do in the ear to curve pain. naturally. any ways, rambling. must sleep , later, don't know if any one is reading this but keep praying. I will make it really.  time to go fishing again. really.
