I'm starting to get achey hips already. It's worse at night because I sleep on my side. I use a pillow and roll over half on my side and half on my belly, but it still hurts. Yesterday and today I woke up in so much pain that I had to take tylenol before my alarm even went off. Everything is sore all the way around from my lower back to my hips and into my pelvis. It su*ks.
I'm going to sign up for the prenatal yoga and see if that helps.
