Odd Penis Condition

This may sound a bit strange but i was recently discussing a few things with a couple of guy friends. Well as the conversation continued we eventually got onto the topic of our own genitals. Later on I brought up something I had been curious about for my entire life. You see, I have two "straps" connecting the head of my penis to the "stem". There is actually space between these "straps" and the actual penis, room enough for a thin object to fit through. I figure this must be some problem still around since circumcision. In all honesty though, I have no clue what the deal is and would really appreciate someone explaining to me what is up. I am circumcised i just have these lengths of skin connecting the parts of my manhood.
