Horrible Horrible Horrible

This agitation and anger etc is really getting to me. I tried taking 1/2 a tab of Diazepam today, 2.5mg, and it got me too a point where I was able to speak nicely with others around me. The didn't get to me as bad as they were. Trust me, I was going to rip their heads off again!

This morning I tried a different approach with my meds. I only took half a dose of my anti D and took an extra 200mg of my mood stabilizer. I am hoping it will take this agitation away.
