I don't know exactly what is wrong with my back.  I have fibromyalgia, migraines, restless leg syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder but that's not why my back hurts.  I have this paper and it says all the stuff I'm about to write but I don't know what it means.  Can anyone help me?  mild arterial occlusive disease of the bilateral lower extremities with a moderate to severe level of the disease in both feet and toes; narrowing of the canal at L2-3 due to multi-level disc bulging and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and mild spondylosis of the facets; disc bulging and spurring at the c3-4 and c6-7 levels;and disc space narrowing at t8-9 and schmorl's nodes in the lower thoracic spine.  If anyone can tell me what this means please advise.  I take a fistful of pain pills everyday and since the death of my son I take nerve pills and sleeping pills also.  Methadone and Norco are the main pain pills that I take.  I'm prescribed 4 of each everyday.  3 muscle relaxers and 600 mg of seroquel to sleep.  Ativan for nerves.  I'm still in pain though.  No one has ever mentioned surgury to me.  I don't know why.

Have you tried a chiroprator?

yeah did that for @ a  year and then did physical therapy.  Those people told me I shouldn't even try to swim.  I      was allowed to walk the pool and work with foam water resistant toys.  I don't know if the things have to be surgically fixed or if it will just keep me from walkin before I'm too old.  someone said they could fuse everything together and it would keep me from injuring it worse.
