Asperger Syndrome

I'm having a bad Aspie Day. I'm having a hard time looking people in the eye, I'm trying to break out of my routines like my therapist and I have been working on but today I'm slipping, I keep rocking back and forth when someone talks to me, I can't seem to respond verbally to people, I'm having trouble with words, I feel very withdrawn even in my own home - very isolated, and and I'm being clumsier than H377.

Bad day. Bad day. Bad day.
