Asperger Syndrome

I'm having a bad Aspie Day. I'm having a hard time looking people in the eye, I'm trying to break out of my routines like my therapist and I have been working on but today I'm slipping, I keep rocking back and forth when someone talks to me, I can't seem to respond verbally to people, I'm having trouble with words, I feel very withdrawn even in my own home - very isolated, and and I'm being clumsier than H377.

Bad day. Bad day. Bad day.

(ephemeral)

I know how you feel.  I spend about 23 hours a day in my bedroom and I never like to talk to people I don't know.  And not giving eye contact has always been a problem for me too.  I don't even give eye contact with my parents, let alone anyone else.  But these things are nothing to be ashamed about and it's nothing to get worked up about either.  If you're feeling a bit down, you should try doing something that you enjoy doing and something that will help you feel more relaxed.  It's okay to take some time off to help lift your mood.  When I feel bad, I play console games and all my worries seem to fade away.  I'm sure there's something or anything that can help you to feel better, if you're willing to give it a try.  Just don't let it get you down.  =o)
