It is amazing how good I feel. I never thought it would go this fast. I sold my car about a year ago, as I was already debilitated.... I am going to buy a bicycle tomorrow to use it until when it gets colder in autumn. I will wait with getting a car, so I am forced to do the exercise. I've been doing a lot of walking every day and it feels good. Am doing my spring clean, emptying all cupboard, washing and ironing all my silk etc. I have so much energy now that I go from 9 am until 2 - 3 am, without stopping. I got off the AD's some days ago and it feels great not to be taking any meds at all anymore. Am religiously continuing my supplements.
My skin has been horribly dry itchy, worse than on tx, but I finally found something which stopped the itching completely. I went into the shop and asked them for the best hydrating heavy power lotion she had and she gave me Biotherm Baume Corps Ultra Riche, it works wonders. The cracked, flaked, rough looking skin is looking smooth again after 2 days. I wished I would have used it on tx, too.
Everything else is going well. Will do my 4weeks EOT VL next week.

It is exciting to me that you're getting better so fast. This week I can feel the improvement in myself, and I am eager to get my energy back.

I am two weeks today - so much energy coming back in the last two days, it is really exciting but like you get tired. Still on the Ad's but reducing. However not sleeping that well and taking more Zoplicone - don't know what that means. Back to work full time 18 May.
You sound like the little energizer bunny now!!. I remember when you could barely get out of bed. Great news, gives us all something to look forward to.
Tell me more about Biothern Baume cream. I have tried different creams but nothing is working and my face feels like sand paper. Can I use it on my face? I use to have oily skin and wash my face 2 times a day. Not anymore -every other day and just splash some water over it on the off days.

Thanks gals... Just took my BP, it is up to 115/75. On tx is was on average 90/55, sometimes as low as 88/45. That, anemia and tx don't go well together. LOL. No wonder I'm feeling so much better.

There is a good USA product called The Youth As We Know It by Bliss. The website is blissworld.com. I have that range, too, and its awesome. If money is the problem, get the facial cream only. It really feels deliciously creamy on the face and does it's work.
